2018 Calendar of Events

April 1st- Easter Sunrise Service- Join the local Moravian Churches as they celebrate on the holiest days of the year at the site of the first church in the State of Ohio.  Service begins at sunrise.  Free to the Public!

May 19th- Spring Lantern Tour- Want to see Schoenbrunn in a "new light?" Then come see it in the dark by only the light of your lantern.  Visit with 18th century re-enactors and experience life in 1772.  The Lantern Tour will start at 8PM and end at 10PM.  Regular Admission Apply.

June 16th- Children's Day- Children of all ages are encouraged to attend a day filled full with activities.  Wood-working, corn-grinding- butter-churning, planting and so much more are in store on this exciting day.  From 11AM-3PM, Regular Admissions Apply.

September 15th- Autumn Lantern Tour- Walk through the Village by only lantern light and take in the crisp Autumn air from 730PM-930PM. Enjoy tasty treats and interact with villagers from the 18th century. Regular Admissions Apply

October 20th & 21st- Colonial Trade Faire- Colonial Vendors will fill the cabins and give a feel for what the Village really looked like in 1772! 10AM-5PM Saturday and 10AM-4PM Sunday.Regular Admission Apply.

October 26th & 27th- Legend of Sleepy Hollow- There is nothing Sleepy about this Hollow. Travel down to the lower depths of Historic Schoenbrunn Village and listen to the dramatic reading of Washington Irving's "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow" reenacted by the glow of a bonfire. One word of caution, remember to watch your head!  Pricing is $18 for VIP Seating (First Two Rows), $15 for Non-member Adults (13 and up), $12 for Non-member Children (3-12).  For Members Adults and Children $12.  Tickets go on sale August 1st for Members and September 1st for Non-members.  Performances are Friday and Saturday at 7PM and 9PM.   Please call 740-922-6776 for more information.

December 9th- Moravian Love Feast- Traditional Moravian Love Feast with the service provided by the local Moravian churches. All are welcome.   Free to the Public.
